• Booking Deposits

    To secure your appointment, we require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment on the day. By making this deposit, you confirm your commitment to the scheduled reservation and allow us to allocate the necessary time and resources for your service.

    Please note that the deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled within 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will strive to accommodate changes whenever possible. However, repeated cancellations within the 48-hour window may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

    We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our booking deposit policy. It ensures a smooth and efficient salon experience, while also allowing us to better serve our valued clients.

  • Late Arrivals

    We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Your punctuality ensures that we can provide you with the full service and attention you deserve. In the event that you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

    If you anticipate a delay, we appreciate a courtesy call in advance so we may adjust our schedule accordingly. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur and will work with you to find a suitable solution. However, repeated late arrivals may result in the rescheduling of your appointment or the inability to accommodate you.

  • Late Cancellations

    We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an opening. If you fail to provide sufficient notice and cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48 hours prior to your scheduled time, your booking fee will be lost. 

    We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider these on a case-by-case basis. However, repeat late cancellations may result in a loss of booking privileges.

    We appreciate your understanding and respect for our scheduling policies. Your compliance allows us to accommodate all of our clients while providing quality service and minimising gaps in our schedule. Thank you for your cooperation.

  • No Show

    We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. In the event of a no-show, where you fail to provide any notice and do not arrive for your appointment, your deposit will be lost and another deposit will need to be paid before rebooking.

    We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider these on a case-by-case basis. However, repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.

    We value your time and the time of our team members. When you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, it prevents us from accommodating other clients and leads to empty slots in our schedule.
